Visitors, drivers, trucks, trailers and vehicles all need to be recorded entering and leaving the facility. Transport Check In makes it easy to check in them in both directions. It also makes it easy to display what's currently in the yard and what's close by. With Pre-Check In, a lot of the data is already entered and the guard person just needs to verify and timestamp the arrival.

Pre-Check In is where the driver enters the information before they arrive, saving the guard at the shack some data entry time.

Pre-Check In

Drivers can pre-check in to a facility, letting them know they are a short distance out. This saves data entry time at the guard shack. Facilities can send text message instructions as needed.

Gate Check In

At the guard shack, staff can either verify a pre-check in or enter the information of the incoming truck, trailer and equipment. They can also assign a destination for the vehicle.

Monitor

Anywhere in the facility, a live display of each driver, truck, trailer or piece of equipment can be monitored. Text messaging can be used to communicate and anyone can update the display.

Tracking trucks, trailers, drivers and equipment has never been easier! Now, drivers can pre-checkin from miles out, letting the yard know they are on the way. The truck yard can send text messages with instructions.

As people are signed in, the information is passed to the live displays. Employees can message and check out each one as they are taken care of. Each step is time stamped for management reporting and statistics.
